Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. For alternative payment methods, orders will be processed after confirmation of the order.

Please note:

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please check the product carefully to ensure:

  • There are no defects or damage
  • The correct item has been delivered

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using delivery methods selected by our store. Customers are generally unable to choose a preferred shipping method.

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

If you require a specific shipping method or delivery schedule, you must contact us before placing your order. Requests made after an order has been placed cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging all products to minimise damage during transit.

However, minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging may occur during shipping. These do not qualify as defects if the product itself is not affected.
